Occupational Rehabilitation Services
WEDCO Employment Center in partnership with Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care, the provider network organizations and the AZ DES Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) provides a wide range of employment related services. WEDCO utilizes a team of experienced and well trained Employment Specialists and support staff to deliver specific services tailored to each individual member’s needs in preparation to enter or re-enter the workforce in the community. WEDCO is a certified Community Service Agency approved by Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and is licensed through the State Board for Private Postsecondary Education. WEDCO has been servicing the greater Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan regions since 1981!
Mission
Our mission is to provide a variety of occupational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities, with the ultimate goal to prepare for, enter into, or retain employment. Psychoeducational services and ongoing support to maintain employment services are designed to assist a person or group to choose acquire and maintain a job or other meaningful community activity.
