Who We Are
WEDCO represents various employment and training programs
and has since 1981. We assist private
individuals and clients from various state and private agencies to training
for, locate, secure and maintain meaningful and gainful employment. We train individuals and groups to achieve
skills necessary for the modern workplace. And we help employers at no charge
by providing them with trained and capable employees.

Our Mission
Our mission is to work with individuals with and
without disabilities in conjunction with businesses and institutions to achieve
increased independence and/or gainful employment through providing
comprehensive rehabilitative and employment support services in a partnership
with all stakeholders.
For vocational rehabilitation participants, this is achieved through a rehabilitation process, which engages applicants and clients fully in actively exploring their vocational interests, abilities, capabilities and service/process options and in making informed choices.
