Job Development & Placement:

“JD & P” services are direct-placement services, where we assist job-ready individuals with job search activities and help them to obtain and maintain community employment. We assist and train individuals with job seeking skills, such as resume writing, interview techniques, networking skills, completing job applications, finding suitable job leads, or developing employment opportunities specifically for the client. Job coaching and routine follow-along services, as needed, are offered for at least 90 days after placement to ensure a “successful” placement.
